Brian Trampler
Broker Associate, REALTOR
I came to real estate in 2024 after 40 years in business leadership and IT. What I brought with me was pretty simple: the ability to help people work through complexity, stay calm when things get hard, and make decisions they feel confident about.

That's what I did as a gymnastics coach in Park Hill for 20 years. That's what I did running teams and systems in corporate environments. And it's what I do now when a buyer is nervous about making an offer or a seller isn't sure their home is ready for the market.
I'm a Broker Associate with Corcoran Perry & Co., and I've lived in Denver my entire life — born here, raised in West Highland, still here. I know these neighborhoods the way you only can when you've watched them change from the inside.
I'll give you straight answers, help you think through the tradeoffs, and stay in your corner from first conversation to closing — and after.
Colorado theatre has been part of my life for 50+ years. I still perform. I'm still in the community. And yes, that probably has something to do with how I communicate — but mostly it just means I show up.
Q&A with Brian Trampler
What neighborhood do you live in?
My wife and I call the Fort Logan area home, but I grew up in the Sloan Lake and Highlands area (my parents still live there), and I coached and ran a gymnastics program in the Park Hill area for 20 years. I love the variety of neighborhoods in the Denver Metro area and have personal as well as professional experience in many of them.
What does "Be Home" mean to you?
Home is where my Colorado roots run deep. It's a place that captures the spirit of Denver – comfortable, real, and full of possibility. A space that feels like an extension of my life, reflects my journey, and gives me room to keep growing and exploring.
How do you "Live Who You Are"?
Living who you are means showing up authentically—being real with clients, true to your values, and transparent about what makes you unique. In real estate, that's about connecting genuinely, turning transactions into meaningful conversations where your personal approach builds trust and helps people find their true home.
What music is currently on your playlist?
I have eclectic taste, having grandparents who were both jazz and classical musicians. I listen to opera, jazz, musical theatre, alt rock, classic rock, punk, new wave, you name it! Right now, I have some pop and holiday classics in my rotation, as well as some current theatre soundtracks.
What local causes get your time and/or money?
I contribute to various theatre groups around the metro area and some rescue/humane societies. But my favorite cause is the Denver Actors Fund an organization that assists working actors with their medical expenses if the need is great.
Give it up. What local restaurant is your best-kept secret?
It is not a secret, but Blue Bonnet is our spot for Mexican food. And when I'm not cooking at home for the family, you can find my wife and I sampling great pizza joints like Blue Pan (right up the street from our Highlands office).
